About
My name is Kirsty Ann Napper and I have been an educator for almost 30yrs. I have had the opportunity to work in a diverse variety of
schools both independent and public, in traditional classrooms, via distance education and in both urban and remote areas. I have worked from Kindergarten to year 12 as well as with young adult learners. My most recent school-based role was Principal of a multi-campus independent special assistance high school. I created KAN Education Consultancy to offer the staff training, personal professional executive coaching and support that was often so difficult to find as a busy Principal. I am passionate about best practice when working with Youth at risk, neurodivergence, team building, challenging behaviors, exemplary supportive staff management, meaningful inclusion and its intersectionality with Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, and disabled community members. As a nonbinary person in senior leadership, I understand the nexus of staff welfare, workplace professionalism and corporate responsibility. NSW Mid-North Coast can also benefit from "staff meeting time slot" series that will cost your organisation zero downtime, zero travel, zero accommodation costs, zero disruption to student routines and most importantly zero relief staff required! |
