Simply choose a 2hour timeslot between 2:30pm - 5:30pm that suits your school's existing staff meeting schedule then talk to me about your training needs. A one session short course on a particular area of need may be what you are after or perhaps you had a whole day workshop in mind? I can create either stand alone or 2hour x 2-3 part series especially focused on your team's needs. Enjoy the added bonus that training spread over two - three weekly or fortnightly staff meeting timeslots bring. It gives your team the opportunity to build on, reflect and trial new ideas as well as the opportunity for feedback and further refinement in following sessions. It increases accountability and uptake, as staff anticipate subsequent sessions building on previous workshops, they know the next session will ask about their post-workshop trials and implementation stories and are more likely to act sooner thus imbedding new practices.
